This is how it works
Select the desired Q-Park parking facility online before your departure. Choose the date and time of your arrival, and select your preferred payment method. A few minutes after your reservation, you will receive an email with information about the reservation and access.
Upon your arrival at the selected parking facility, the barrier will automatically open with numberplate recognition. If the barrier does not open, you can scan the QR code attached to your confirmation email.
If you wish to change your numberplate, this can easily be done up to 1 hour before your reservation begins.
Park your car quickly and easily in the parking facility and enjoy your day in the city.
When you leave the facility, you do not need to go to the payment machine, but can drive directly out. The exit barrier will open automatically. If you have exceeded your reserved time, you will be charged an extra fee at the barrier.
