A visit to Vejle isn't complete without a trip to Bryggen, Vejle's 55,000 m² shopping centre, located at the end of the pedestrian street. Here, you'll find men's and women's fashion, beauty care, toy shops, and plenty of places to satisfy your hunger. You can conveniently park in Q-Park Bryggen, which offers 700 parking spaces, with the first two hours free.
Bryggen was designed by the architects 3x Nielsen and Schmidt, Hammer & Lassen – the same architects behind projects such as Aros, The Royal Library, and the Nordic Embassies in Berlin. The shopping centre was inaugurated on 13 April 2008. Today, it is managed by Steen & Strøm, who also operate Bruuns Galleri in Aarhus and Field's in Copenhagen.
